About the Warrior Flow School

Warrior Flow School: Empowering Change through Yoga

Founded in 2022 by Adrian Molina and Jeremie Andre, the Warrior Flow School emerged as a response to the transformative shifts happening in the world of yoga education. In the wake of a global pandemic that pushed our doctors, nurses, and caregivers to their limits, Adrian and Jeremie recognized the urgent need for yoga to be viewed through the lens of caregiving.

At the Warrior Flow School, we believe that yoga education should be accessible to everyone, especially those in the medical field, caregivers, and individuals who understand the profound impact yoga-inspired practices and philosophy can have on creating immediate change from the inside out. Our mission is to equip doctors, medical nurses, caregivers, and various professionals with the tools they need to make a positive difference in organizations, hospitals, jails, prisons, schools, hospices, community centers, and beyond.

Gone are the days when yoga was solely a collection of postures and breathing exercises. Today, it has evolved into a powerful instrument for individuals across the globe to become facilitators of safe spaces. Our 200-hour, 300-hour and signature programs provide essential tools for self-regulation, preventing stress burnout, alleviating compassion fatigue, and reigniting the love for serving others. We firmly believe in cultivating active agents within our communities, inspiring individuals to step forward as volunteers, advocates, and catalysts for positive change.

This vision lies at the core of our school, which is why our esteemed faculty extends beyond yoga teachers alone. Comprising doctors, nurses, licensed mental health counselors, social workers, physical therapists, school teachers, and more, our diverse faculty embodies the fusion of yoga with various disciplines. This interdisciplinary approach enhances the depth and breadth of knowledge imparted in our programs, ensuring a well-rounded education that transcends traditional boundaries.

If you are ready to join a community of change-makers and embark on a transformative journey, we invite you to learn more about our programs. Discover how the Warrior Flow School can empower you to make a lasting impact on the world through the profound practice of yoga.

Together, let us embrace our warrior spirits and create a better tomorrow.

Meet the Team

Adrian Molina

Co-Founder

“As the founder of Warrior Flow, it brings me immense joy to witness the impactful work our school is doing and its rapid expansion across the United States and beyond the Atlantic. There are moments when I have to pinch myself seeing our teachers leading classes in places like Scotland and South Africa.

It's equally heartwarming when students from the US reach out to us, recognizing the forward-thinking approach of our program in destigmatizing and democratizing yoga and mental health. It gives both me and our entire team tremendous joy to be a school where individuals can feel safe, seen, and learn how to support themselves, creating a full circle of empowerment.”

“Born and raised in France, I've always had a passion for technology. After studying software development, I began a global journey, eventually settling in Miami in 2017. My encounter with yoga in 2018 changed my view of it from a mere physical practice to a holistic experience.

Meeting Adrian during a yoga session in Miami Beach led to a deep friendship and collaboration. In 2020, we co-created Warrior Flow TV, and in January 2021, I took a leap, leaving my job to co-found one year later the Warrior Flow School. Embracing a nomadic lifestyle, I now travel the world, combining my tech expertise with my passion for yoga, contributing to the school's growth and embodying the spirit of transformation within the Warrior Flow community.”

Lead-Facilitator & Education Manager

“I am delighted to be a part of the Warrior Flow School faculty, teaching anatomy and co-facilitating trainings with Adrian.

The school's values closely align with my own teaching and life philosophy, emphasizing yoga's power to reveal our deeper nature through kindness, resilience, and patience.

My passion for human movement, tailored to each individual's experiences, drives me forward.

Warrior Flow School allows me to fully express this passion, creating a supportive environment for both students and teachers. I am grateful to Adrian and Jeremie for founding such an inspiring space.”

“As a native Ohioan and former U.S. Marine, I've gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the military community.

Discovering yoga, especially Adrian Molina's method at Warrior Flow School, was a turning point for me, offering solace and a way to address past traumas.

This led me to earn my YTT-200 certificate in 2022, and I now serve as a Peer Support - Yoga facilitator, focusing on Trauma-Informed Military Yoga.

I'm also working towards my YTT-300 certification in 2024 with WFS, further dedicating myself to supporting others on their healing journeys.”

“I took the Warrior Flow School 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2021 during the pandemic. I love Adrian’s trauma informed, accessible, adaptive and size inclusive approach to yoga and how he makes yoga available for every body.

I have been passionate about art and design since a young age and I am now the content creator and graphic designer for Warrior Flow School, creating graphics like this one for social media.
