About the Warrior Flow School

Warrior Flow School: Empowering Change through Yoga

Founded in 2022 by Adrian Molina and Jeremie Andre, the Warrior Flow School emerged as a response to the transformative shifts happening in the world of yoga education. In the wake of a global pandemic that pushed our doctors, nurses, and caregivers to their limits, Adrian and Jeremie recognized the urgent need for yoga to be viewed through the lens of caregiving.

At the Warrior Flow School, we believe that yoga education should be accessible to everyone, especially those in the medical field, caregivers, and individuals who understand the profound impact yoga-inspired practices and philosophy can have on creating immediate change from the inside out. Our mission is to equip doctors, medical nurses, caregivers, and various professionals with the tools they need to make a positive difference in organizations, hospitals, jails, prisons, schools, hospices, community centers, and beyond.

Gone are the days when yoga was solely a collection of postures and breathing exercises. Today, it has evolved into a powerful instrument for individuals across the globe to become facilitators of safe spaces. Our programs provide essential tools for self-regulation, preventing stress burnout, alleviating compassion fatigue, and reigniting the love for serving others. We firmly believe in cultivating active agents within our communities, inspiring individuals to step forward as volunteers, advocates, and catalysts for positive change.

This vision lies at the core of our school, which is why our esteemed faculty extends beyond yoga teachers alone. Comprising doctors, nurses, licensed mental health counselors, social workers, physical therapists, school teachers, and more, our diverse faculty embodies the fusion of yoga with various disciplines. This interdisciplinary approach enhances the depth and breadth of knowledge imparted in our programs, ensuring a well-rounded education that transcends traditional boundaries.

If you are ready to join a community of change-makers and embark on a transformative journey, we invite you to learn more about our programs. Discover how the Warrior Flow School can empower you to make a lasting impact on the world through the profound practice of yoga.

Together, let us embrace our warrior spirits and create a better tomorrow.

Meet the Founders

Co-Founder Adrian Molina

Adrian Molina is a highly respected yoga teacher, meditation teacher, reiki practitioner, community organizer, end of life doula, hospice volunteer, speaker, writer, massage therapist, and crisis counselor based in Miami Beach, Florida. He has devoted his life to creating connections between people and promoting the practice of yoga as a way to foster community and social change.

In 2006, Adrian founded Warrior Flow in NYC, which was a unique approach to yoga that emphasized community over competition. The approach was friendly, non-hierarchical, and based on the needs of everyday life. Adrian saw the practice of yoga as a great way to keep the body and mind connected, but also recognized the importance of yoga at a social level. He started offering educational workshops, yoga teacher trainings, and international retreats to share his approach with others.

Adrian has organized humanitarian trips to Cuba and Colombia and supports many different organizations around the world. Adrian worked full-time at a homeless shelter for women and children for an entire year, where he learned about the needs of those who are pushed aside in society.  In 2019, he founded the Warrior Flow Foundation 501c3 in Miami Beach to bring trauma-informed yoga programs to hospitals, homeless shelters, schools, police stations, rehab centers, and more. He also volunteers at a local hospice, providing palliative care and companionship to those transitioning.

He co-founded the Warrior Flow School in 2022, an online platform that provides trauma-informed, adaptive, and accessible yoga education worldwide. The Warrior Flow School 200-hour signature Yoga training certification is the first of its kind and is helping caregivers cope with the demands of their jobs.

Adrian has become an advocate for mental health after being diagnosed with depression and bipolar disorder 2 in 2016.

Adrian is finishing a memoir dedicated to his mom. The memoir explores mental health, grief and loss and the innate resilience of every human being.

Adrian lives in Miami Beach with his boyfriend and his two dogs, Lola and Buddha. He continues to be a beacon of hope and inspiration for his community and beyond.

Co-Founder Jeremie Andre

Born and raised in France, Jeremie Andre developed a keen interest in technology from an early age. Pursuing his passion, he studied software development at university and embarked on a journey that would take him across the globe. At the age of 22, he began his adventures, traveling to various destinations before eventually settling in Miami at the end of 2017.

It was in 2018 that Jeremie stumbled upon yoga, initially perceiving it as a practice solely for flexible women. However, he soon discovered the depth and breadth of yoga's offerings, completely changing his perspective. For two years, he thoroughly enjoyed the physical aspect of the practice, immersing himself in its benefits.

During this time, he crossed paths with Adrian at one of his classic outdoor sessions in Miami Beach. An instant connection sparked between them, leading to a friendship and a fruitful collaboration on several projects. From capturing breathtaking drone videography during Adrian's events to co-creating Warrior Flow TV in 2020, their partnership flourished.

The turning point came in January 2021 when he made a bold decision. Leaving behind his full-time job and bidding farewell to Miami, Jeremie embarked on an entrepreneurial journey. Now fully focused on the development of the Warrior Flow School, he devotes his time and energy to this transformative project.

Embracing a nomadic lifestyle, Jeremie has become a digital nomad, roaming from one country to another every few months in pursuit of experiencing the world's beauty. This lifestyle allows him to not only expand his horizons but also to contribute to the growth and vision of the Warrior Flow School.

In 2022, he joined forces with Adrian to co-found the Warrior Flow School, where his technical expertise shines as the team's tech wizard. Complementary in nature, Adrian's deep knowledge of yoga coupled with his visionary and creative approach harmoniously blends with his operational skills. Together, they manifest ideas into reality, bridging the realms of technology and yoga.

With his diverse background as a tech enthusiast and adventurer, he continues to evolve and inspire. Embodying the essence of transformation, Jeremie resides as a driving force within the Warrior Flow community and beyond, carving a unique path that merges his technological prowess with the vision of creating a positive impact in the world.
