Hello and welcome to our book club 📚

We are so excited for you to join us as we discuss some of our favorite books about yoga, wellness, self-development, social justice and more.

Each month, members of the Warrior Flow School read a different book from our pre-selected list and gather online to share different impressions and perspectives.

We also interview the author of the selected books within our private community so you can have the opportunity to ask your own questions and connect with the authors on a deeper level.

"Hello, fellow book enthusiasts! I'm Morgan Kathleen—an avid explorer of the written word since 1993 and a dedicated yogi since 2001. Books and yoga have been my unwavering companions, guiding me through numerous journeys both within and beyond the confines of pages and postures.

I'm proud to have been a part of the Warrior Flow Family since the inaugural retreat in Cuba many moons ago. In addition to being a yoga instructor, athlete, and coach, I am a certified teacher under the Warrior Flow School. My passion inspired me to found everybody-OM, where I specialize in adaptive, accessible, and trauma-informed yoga.

Wellness, for me, is more than a concept—it's a dynamic, ever-evolving way of life, deeply intertwined with our personal stories.

I'm excited to lead our online book club, fusing my love for literature with my dedication to holistic well-being. Let's embark on a journey of literary exploration, self-discovery, and growth."
