Welcome to our Yoga School's immersive training program on Trauma-Informed Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. This 7-hour comprehensive course is meticulously designed to raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by individuals during their journey of pregnancy and early parenthood, including providing safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed practices.
Meet your Instructor
Claudia is an industrial designer with more than 8+ years of experience in Design and Retail environment. She has been practicing yoga for over 8 years and after 2020 she decided to make a change in lifestyle and embark on a journey to understand in depth Yoga, the Philosophy and the impact of the practice to recover from severe burnout.
After completing her 200hr YTT with Warrior Flow she continued to connect with school and volunteer for Lotus House Women's Shelter in Miami as well as support Warrior Flow Foundation. Shortly after she became an expecting mother and realized the lack of support and practice for individuals during pregnancy who have experienced trauma and decided on taking 100hr Prenatal YTT while pregnant. This decision changed her perspective once again and decided to continue teaching with a focus in Prenatal Yoga. Within the evolution of her own practice and needs she has expanded her knowledge and continued to study to support in Postnatal as well as bringing in babies and children into the yoga practice.
Through this time she has accompanied many individuals from beginning a consistent practice, pregnancy and postpartum recovery through yoga.
