Meet your Instructors
Adrian Molina
Adrian Molina is a dedicated mental health advocate and speaker, with a journey spanning over two decades, focused on exploring body-mind practices that foster well-being within individuals and their communities. Adrian's diverse roles highlight his expertise as a trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness facilitator, committed community organizer, experienced end-of-life and hospice practitioner, peer support specialist, minister, writer, and crisis intervention volunteer (988).
His profound commitment to enhancing lives and fostering stronger communities is evident through extensive contributions, including the creation of The Warrior Flow School. Adrian's impactful work extends to collaborations with various institutions, such as police departments, hospitals, nursing homes, hospices, VA, schools, prisons, and homeless shelters. He is also an appointee for the City of Miami Beach LGBTQIA+ committee.
Adrian's wide-ranging engagement showcases his dedication to driving positive social change at both individual and community levels.


Yariela Sequeira
As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), Yariela Sequeira integrates alternative energy healing modalities, alongside spirituality, and her intuitive gift to support the journey of adults who want to connect and shift into a more conscious version of themselves they claim and honor.
Anger, anxiety, intimacy challenges, sexuality, depression, addictions, trauma, substance use & relationship dynamics, among others, are topics Yari has explored and redefined with clients.
For the past 19 years, Yari has been facilitating personal expansion through workshops, community events, and individual and group counseling sessions. She has worked with families, single parents, sexual offenders, court-ordered clients, inmates, the homeless, those experiencing addictions, as well as many in the community who come in due to anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, or for traumatic experiences they want to process.
Trauma-informed yoga goes beyond traditional yoga practices, offering a holistic approach that considers the individual's unique experiences and challenges. By understanding the profound impact of trauma on the body and mind, participants will learn trauma-sensitive techniques, empowering them to guide individuals through a transformative journey of healing, self-discovery, and resilience.
