The Warrior Flow School offers a training program on Yoga and Mindfulness for Children. This meticulously designed course provides instructors, parents, and caregivers with the foundational tools and knowledge to introduce the practices of yoga and mindfulness to the younger members of our community.

Meet your Instructor

Jackie Angulo is a qualified Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) with an additional certification as a Yoga Instructor, catering to both children and adults. Her formal training in children's yoga was completed with Rainbow Kids Yoga in 2012, followed by a comprehensive 200-hour teacher training undertaken at Wynwood Yoga in 2018.

In her role as an SLP, Jackie specializes in working with children ranging from 6 months to 10 years of age, assisting those with developmental disabilities that affect their communicative abilities. Her professional responsibilities include conducting consistent evaluations, directing therapy sessions, and providing families with guidance to optimize their child's developmental growth. With over a decade of dedicated service in her field, Jackie brings a deep passion to her work. She seamlessly integrates yoga and mindfulness techniques into her therapy sessions, amplifying the benefits for her clients.
